DELTA BOND PVA (GENERAL PURPOSE BONDING AGENT)
DELTA BOND PVA is a polyvinyl acetate emulsion. It can be used as a multipurpose bonding agent on plaster, concrete and also as a general purpose adhesive.
Properties : Use as an addictive in mortars it improves the workability of the mortar. It also increases the compressive, flexure strength and wear resistance. It reduces the porosity, cracking and shrinkage.

Scope of Use
- Bonding on fresh concrete or mortar on hardened concrete.
- Plasticizing effect on mortars.
- Improvement of mechanical strength of screeds.
- For providing dust proof floors.
- Addictive to spatter dash key slurry.

Instruction for Use :
Surface : Must be clean, sound free from dirt and greasy matters or plaster remains.
Plastering and Rendering:
Spatter dash slurry:
Mix DELTA BOND PVA and water in the proportion of 1:3 in volume. Use this solution to prepare slurry with cement and coarse sand in the proportion of 1:1 in weight.
Plaster :
For plaster mix DELTABOND PVA is the ratio of 1:4 in volume with water. Use this solution to prepare the plaster mix with cement and sand in usual proportions.
Floor Screeds :
Mix DELTABOND PVA with water in the proportion of 1:1 in volume. Use this solution to prepare slurry with cement and coarse sand. Mortar should be proportioned at 500kg/m3.
Precaution - Health & Safety : As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions). Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, but call for medical assistance immediately. Ensure the container is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and contents details. Reseal all containers after use and ensure a product is stored as instructed on the safety section of the labeling.
Storage : All materials should be stored under cover and clear of the ground. Protect from all sources of moisture and frost. Rotate stock in order not to exceed the shelf life of 12 months. Wind and direct sunlight must be avoided.
