DELTA PUTTY (PVA BASED UNDERCOAT FOR WALLS BEFORE PAINTING)
DELTA PUTTY is ready mixed thixotropic putty based on synthetic copolymers. It is an ideal undercoat for walls before painting with a high resistance to water, titanium dioxide and other additive for use both on interior and exterior surfaces.
Scope of use
- As an undercoat for internal and external wall surfaces.
- Uniforms the absorption of the background.
- Assures a better anchorage of the over going finishing.
- Gives a good finishing to plastered surfaces.

Instruction for Use :
Surface Preparation :
On new rendered surfaces brush away the surface for mortar splashes and irregularities. Clean the surface with abrasive paper or cloth if required. For old surfaces clean the surface with abrasive paper to remove any foreign matter.
Applications : The product is ready to use. Apply the product with a spatula or a putty knife; apply with sufficient thickness to cover all irregularities. Wait till dry and apply the second coat to finish the surface to get a smooth finish. Wait for 10 hours and then apply the required coating over the putty.
Packing : In 20 kg. Pails.
Precaution - Health & Safety : As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions). Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, but call for medical assistance immediately. Ensure the container is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and contents details. Reseal all containers after use and ensure a product is stored as instructed on the safety section of the labeling.
Storage : All materials should be stored under cover and clear of the ground. Protect from all sources of moisture and frost. Rotate stock in order not to exceed the shelf life of 12 months. Wind and direct sunlight must be avoided.
